JewelryCastle.com ships all orders using insured parcel shipping companies, either UPS, FedEx or the USPS . All shipments are fully insured in transit. Packages are delivered usually in 2-5 business days from the time your order leaves our shipping location.
All shipments require an adult signature. Customers must sign receipt form when the shipping company delivers the package to their shipping address. If you cannot be available to sign for your shipment, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address, on the day the shipment is expected to arrive at your location. If you request an address change, we reserve the right to charge you an additional $10.00 Address Change Fee.
To ensure the safe delivery of your package, all deliveries must be made to a residential or business address. For Security reasons, JewelryCastle.com ships to street addresses only, and not to P.O. Boxes or similar addresses.
All orders will be shipped after payment has been approved and processed. Customer Service may contact customers for additional information as required.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed about the reason for the delay.
Saturday delivery is available.
We currently ship packages to international address outside of the United States, Bahamas, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, St. Martin and to all APO addresses (U.S. Military Bases).
The customer is responsible for all Customs, Duties, VAT, and sales taxes
If you'd like to cancel or change your JewelryCastle.com order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your JewelryCastle.com Purchase order number or call 1-800-123-4567, as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, please understand our order-fulfillment process is designed to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to JewelryCastle.com according to our 30-day return policy. It is critical that you call us immediately. That is because once your order is shipped you can not cancel your order anymore. You will be required to follow the procedures in our Return Policy to return the Jewelry items you ordered and to receive your refund.
JewelryCastle.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
An 8.75% sales tax will be applied to all New York shipments.
