JewelryCastle offers only the highest quality jewelry. Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the jewelry item(s) in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging), within 30 days from the day the item shipped, for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping cost. All Jewelry items that are returned must be in the original state they were received. Jewelry items that have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Once we receive your return, your purchase will be refunded with a credit to your credit card account. You will receive credit for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The credit will be made within 10-14 days after we receive your returned jewelry item(s) and verification of the item(s) by our jewelry specialist. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same credit card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Customs, Duties, VAT, and Taxes paid on International orders will not be refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Make sure to ship your return package fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Insure the package for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached JewelryCastle.Com. Once your return is received, it will be examined by our jewelry specialists in our returns department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return within 10-14 days. Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. JewelryCastle.Com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

At JewelryCastle, we are committed to selling only the Highest Quality Jewelry. To keep this promise, we employ several quality inspections before any jewelry item is packaged and shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective Jewelry item, immediately contact our Customer Service representative at 1-866-567-4022. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement, exchange, or a credit if necessary.

How To Return You Order.

To return your purchase, please follow the following instructions.

1. Each order comes with a Packing Slip. Prior to returning any jewelry item(s), you must call JewelryCastle Customer Service at 1-866-567-4022 to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN). When speaking with a JewelryCastle Customer Service representative, please tell us the reason why you are returning any ordered item(s). The Return Authorization Number (RAN) you receive from JewelryCastle's Customer Service Representative must be written on the Packing Slip that you receive along with your shipment. Pack your the jewelry item(s) carefully in the UPS or FedEx box, along with the jewelry case or box that came with the item(s) and enclose the Packing Slip with the Return Authorization Number written on the form, with your return. When returning jewelry items you are required to have a Return Authorization Number.

2. We recommend that you use the UPS or FedEx when shipping your return items back to us. Ship the package back to us by dropping your package at your local FedEx or UPS office. You are required to pay for the return shipping cost. For your security, you are required to return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, or UPS). Make sure to keep your shipping receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry is lost in transit. JewelryCastle.com is NOT responsible for any package damaged or lost in transit.

4. We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been received. You should expect the credit in your account 10-14 days after we have received your return.
